A manufacturer of a smokeless cigarette device washaving difficulty with getting a consistent productfrom an overseas supplier. The anodizing process was important as theparticular type of product that was being sold wasidentified by a specific color. Cost was of concern soa rack process was unable to be performed. Demseyalong with their finishing partner was able to comeup with a process that would not damage the partand would produce a consistent color while beingcost competitive.
